As we left Lumsden Harbour behind we saw what would be the first of many whales this day. Here one is "sounding" (diving):

Here are a couple of the many seabirds that we saw. Although there were many different ones (including Ganets and Puffins), it was nearly impossible to get photos of them.

When the whales arch their body it is usually an indication that they are going to "sound":
