We enjoy sharing our lifestyle with our family, friends, and others. So COME ON OUT and "let's get on with it". You only have an opportunity to live once. For those of you who do not choose to get away, feel free to travel vicariously via this blog.

This is primarily a blog of photographs, of our travels. Our blogging time is limited by our activities, so we figure a photograph is worth a thousand words. You may click on the photos to enlarge them.

Shelburne Harbour Yacht Club - Nova Scotia

Thursday, September 19th, 2013  (Post #2)

This is a visiting boat at the club.  And yes, there is a place called "Mooloolaba."  I had to Google that one just to be sure.

 
It is race day at the SHYC.  It is the second to the last race of the season.


 
As you can see, the club docks are nearly empty during the race.


 
Tacking back upwind as the afternoon wears into evening --- All the boats are praying that the wind does not die before they cross the finish line.
